RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Everything You Need to Know

The following is for guidance only and does not affect the Terms and Conditions.


1. Our aim

We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 30 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a refund.

 

Transit damages and shortages must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge and to return the item to us.

2. General

All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the return item from you.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. How do I return something to PetPaddy?

If we have made an error with your delivery or you wish to return a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at returns@petpaddy.com or contact us using our online form and we will organise a replacement or refund.

Important Details

Most of our products have free shipping available. While you can expect most items to be delivered within a week, please allow up to 30 days for delivery as some parcels may on occasion be delayed by a number of external circumstances.
